Your tasks
As Head of Sales (m/f/d), you will assume overall responsibility for the sales of our
services.
You are the central interface between our sales team
and our customers and make a significant contribution to the success of our company.
- The development and implementation of strategic sales planning
- Management and motivation of the sales team
- Acquiring new customers and expanding existing customer relationships
- The preparation of offers and presentations
Your qualifications
- You have a degree with a focus on business or comparable training
- You have several years of experience in sales in the sealing industry and managed services
- You have a high degree of self-discipline, goal orientation and assertiveness
- You have negotiating skills and are happy to close deals
